The Rise Membership – Terms &
Conditions
By joining The Rise, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These exist to honour your commitment, protect the group energy, and create a safe, empowering experience for all.

1. Commitment & Payment
- Your membership begins with a minimum 3-month commitment.
- Payment is collected monthly. By enrolling, you agree to be charged £197 or £247 (depending on your sign-up tier) every 30 days from your start date.
- After the initial 3-month period, your membership continues on a rolling monthly basis and may be cancelled anytime with written notice.
- No refunds are provided under any circumstances. Your investment reflects your energetic and practical commitment to this experience.

2. Session Access & Timing
- Each month includes one live teaching session and one live group coaching (hot seat) session. Dates may vary slightly month to month.
- All calls are recorded, with replays available for 30 days. After that, recordings will be permanently deleted to protect group confidentiality.
- Replays are for your personal use only and must not be shared, downloaded, or distributed.
- Live attendance is encouraged to fully experience the power of the community and direct support.

3. Hot Seat Group Coaching – What to Expect
- During each monthly Group Coaching (Hot Seat) session, every member will be invited to speak and receive personalised guidance.
- Timings may run slightly over, depending on group size and flow, but each person will have the opportunity to be seen and supported.
- There is deep value in learning through others. Witnessing someone else’s journey often mirrors our own — this is the power of collective growth.

4. Confidentiality & Safe Space Policy
- The Rise is a sacred and confidential container for personal and professional transformation.
- Everything shared in calls, chats, or community spaces is private and must stay within the group.
- You may not share tools, stories, session replays, or any materials with anyone outside this membership.
- Breaching this agreement — including sharing another member’s story, disrespecting the space, or misusing tools — will result in immediate removal and a permanent ban, with no refund.
- Your privacy is sacred and protected, and we honour this fully.

5. Optional 1:1 Support
As a member of The Rise, you can choose to add private 1:1 support tailored to your journey:

✨ Alignment Session – £300
A 90-minute 1:1 coaching session designed to bring clarity, shift your energy, and support you in
taking aligned action.
Discounted exclusively for The Rise members and booked via ThriveCart.

Note: Alignment Sessions can be booked any time after your first month in The Rise. We recommend booking after your first 4 weeks to get the most benefit once you’ve had time to ground into the work.

Soul & Strategy: The Immersion – £3,800
A luxury, full-day 1:1 consultancy experience to realign your brand, energy, and leadership.

Includes deep strategic planning, soulful recalibration, and an overnight stay at The Bingham in Richmond Upon Thames.
A high-touch day designed to meet you at your next level.

6. Booking & Communication
- You will receive links and instructions for booking 1:1 sessions via email and/or ThriveCart.
- Any changes to session times will be communicated in advance. It is your responsibility to attend or watch within the 30-day replay window.
- All communication will be sent to the email address used at sign-up.
